PT Kliring Berjangka Indonesia (PT KBI), a member of the Danareksa State-Owned Enterprise Holding, has won an award in the Special Financial Transaction Settlement & Guarantee Category at the 5th Indonesia PR Summit 2024: Consolidation for Reputation, organized by The Iconomics at the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy Auditorium on Friday (09/07). With the theme "Consolidation for Reputation," PT KBI focused on how communication strategies can drive company strategies.
In the Commodity Trading Industry, PT KBI is the only Clearing and Guarantee Institution with Dual Color shares. PT KBI needs to maintain its reputation as a trusted institution among its stakeholders in the Commodity Trading Ecosystem. Therefore, the role of public relations in the company becomes crucial to executing this strategy.
Budi Susanto, President Director of PT KBI, stated, "Public relations and all KBI personnel play a role in building strong relationships between the organization and stakeholders, managing image, and communicating effective messages to the public. We believe that two-way communication with stakeholders and the public is key to enhancing the company's positive reputation."
Budi added that PT KBI is committed to being a partner that provides sustainable added value to society by opening access to information through various communication channels.
